Not at all. This programme has been specifically designed for complete beginners, so you don’t need any previous tattooing or PMU experience. We’ll build your knowledge, technique and confidence step by step from the foundations upwards.

Your practical training is hands-on and designed to give you plenty of opportunity to learn, practise and receive guidance. We’ll work through machine control, needle selection, depth, hand speed, line work, shading, stencil placement and working safely on skin, progressing from practice work through to live models.

Training is delivered in small groups so you still receive plenty of individual guidance and hands-on support throughout. Keeping groups intentionally small also gives you the opportunity to learn alongside other artists while maintaining a supportive, personal training experience.

Yes. Your training includes a professional fine line tattoo kit with the essential equipment and supplies you’ll need to train and continue practising afterwards. Your kit includes your tattoo machine, cartridges, inks and key disposables, so you won’t be left wondering what you need to purchase to get started.

Yes. Your training progresses from theory and practice work through to working on live models under guidance. This is an important part of building your confidence and learning how your technique translates from practice skin to real skin.

Yes. The programme includes accredited training and certification upon successful completion.

You’ll receive lifetime access to your included online learning, giving you the freedom to revisit lessons, refresh techniques and continue learning at your own pace after your practical training.

Your support doesn’t end when your training days finish. You’ll have access to ongoing guidance as you practise, build confidence and begin working independently, so you have somewhere to turn when questions come up.
